Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木與防災技術研究所 === 92 === Surface mining is the mostly used operation for developing mineral resources in Taiwan currently. The operation mainly includes designing & planning a mine-field、 cutting paths to the field、 removing topsoil、 arranging benches、 disposing waste ores and stabilizing final slope in a mine-field after mining.
Bench-Cut method of surface mining is the most suitable way for soil & water conservation and planting & greening. From “Industrial Landscape” in operating period to “Natural Landscape” reclaimed by planting & greening after mining operation to prevent disasters, the following measures should be considered: shaft type of Bench-Cut is the most ideal method for environmental protection in large-scale operation, geometrical stabilization and good drainage design is the foundation of final slope treatment after mining, stabilization analysis is necessary for waste ores deposing in a mine-field, primary plants are the best choice in planting & greening, peracid or unsuitable planting soil should be improved.
This study focuses on safety techniques of surface mining in mine safety, waste ore piles deposing techniques in mine-fields, final slope treatment after mining as well as soil & water conservation and planting & greening. In addition, for the reference of mine-fields development, reclamation and disaster prevention, this study would like to both research the conflicts of relevant regulations amended by MOEA, Council of Agriculture and EPA to get a common view of solution and provide the proper reclamation measures in a mine-field to the operators.
