Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 電腦通訊與控制研究所 === 92 === As a result of the development of medical technology, ECG signals have been broadly used to monitor abnormal biomedical signals of heart over a long period of time. General ECG signals monitor used Holter ECG monitor to make long-term records, and therefore it limited the active space of cardiac. It is often the main reason to cause the sudden death of cardiac, that people can’t realize right away and speedily handle when some abnormal ECG signals occur(such as Ventricular Fibrillation). In order to provide cardiac’s normal standards of living and protect their live security, this article develops a portable Tele-Emergent System that supporting ECG discrimination, and then providing a different kind of thinking in medical care system at present. This article describes a system concept that under existing GSM (Global System of Mobile communication) using Short Message Services (SMS) and Tele-emergence devices, a system integrates Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal acquisition circuit, Bluetooth transmission protocol, and Global Positioning System (GPS). Features of the device are light, compact, and wireless. The system utilizes “So and Chan” QRS Detection algorithm to partition the signal of ECG based on R signal wave into templates and to calculate correlation coefficient for these templates to detect Arrhythmias. The system provides 2 modes, which are suitable for two kinds of users: 1. Chronic cardiac patients who go out at times. 2. Sleep blocking symptom patients who are at home and who can’t call for help. The user''s location and physical condition can be obtained to increase efficiency for rescue. We are providing more efficient rescuing methods for cardiac patients. In this design, we carried out a portable and Tele-Emergent system for cardiac patients. When arrhythmia happens, it can provide emergent rescuing service by means of SMS service of GSM system. On the other hand, it can also supply a faster and instant help to search absent-minded elders. Because this system has portable and wireless characteristics, users would not refuse the system service, and then increase the rate of device usage.
