This system has 2D motion and can detect operator’s heart beats rate and output an electrical pulse just like a TENS(Transcutaneous Electro Nerve Stimulator) to electrodes attached to the operator’s skin. This system is based on PC control. Through printer port (LPT) and some interface circuits we can control inverters and motors. Operator’s heart beats rate can be detected and feedback to control the 2D motion platform and TENS. This interactive system intends to use the feedback signal to enhance or reduce motion and to simulate the 2D motion platform in the online racing game. This study shows that the designed system can use printer port and some interface circuit to implement many kinds of control modes for the motors, and can provide stimulation signal (TENS), and feedback operator’s physiological information, such as heart beats, to the control system. We have successfully developed a prototype of a 2D leisure equipment based on PC control. However, the convenient control interface is still problem that we can do some further improvement in future.
