| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 92 === Autofrettage is a fabrication technique used to in traduce pre-compression in a portion of tubes or pressure vessels in order to extend the usable strain range of the material and to enhance fatigue life of the structure. In this study, a supervisory control and data acquisition system for autofrettage of tubes has been developed. The architecture of PC based system includes the graphic monitoring system, data acquisition card, pressurization and control system, and the tubes needed for autofrettage. The goal of the system proposed is to improve the efficiency and of the autofrettage process by monitoring and control the process in real time.
