Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 92 === This thesis is focus on the photoluminescent characteri-stics of many kinds polyimides. 2, 7-diaminofluorene(DAF) 、3,7-diamino-2,8-dimethylbenzo-thiophene sulfone (DAS)、4,4”-diamino-p-terphenyl (3B)、3,8-diamino-6-phenyl phenathridline(DPP) are the conjugated diamine monomers. The soluble poly(amic acid) (the precursor of polyimide) was synthesized by polycondensation of the four diamine (DAF, DAS, 3B, DPP) with pyromellitic dianhydrie (PMDA). The polyimide PI films, PMDA-DAF, PMDA-DAS, PMDA-3B, PMDA-DPP, were prepared by spinning the poly(amic acid) solution on the ITO glasses through a process of thermal curing and imidization.
Imide groups of a cyclic structure have the characteristics of strong electron affinity and low energy band gap. In a device, PI can therefore enhance the efficiency of electron injection. These polyimides showed red luminescence in the light luminescence spectra The half-height width is only 25nm. Therefore these PI films have pure red luminescence. But their luminescence intensity were not high enough for application We synthesized the polyimides and blended them with an organic lumincescent polymer, poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK), of high energy band gap. Because there is the energy transfer between poly(N-vinylcarbazole) (PVK) and polyimide, the red light luminescence of the polyimide can be enhanced. A modified silicone surfactant is incorporated to improve the misibility of blends.The roughness of polyimide films can be improved and the luminescence intensity of polyimides can be further enhanced.
