Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 92 === This research is divided into two main parts, i.e. double-shaped spinning and air-textured processing. Under these conditions, we used auto-cad software to design double-shaped spinneret and make experiments on continue spinning factory. Then we used air-textured machine to make trial with double-shaped POY. We solved these problems by different processing parameters.
In double-shaped spinning, we used the Miller’s formula to arrange pressure-drop and shear rate between different shapes, and then we sketched the double-shape spinneret by auto-cad R14 software. The final trial was in a continue equipment, we produced the double-shaped POY by changing winding speeds, velocity of quenching, direction of quenching. The results of quench velocity are more efficient in the shape degree.
In Air-textured processing, we used a barmag am4 machine to produce ATY by changing the following parameters: air pressure, overfeed ratio, draw ratio. Then we measure the loop frequency and stability to check quality of trial products. Obviously the air consumption reduced from 9 bar to 5 bar by using multi-shape POY and the loop stability was under 2%.
