| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 化學工程系碩士班 === 92 === In the thesis, the main research is for discussing electroplate behavior of solubility anode and dimensionally stable anode with varied electroplate types to be the basis of choosing the electroplate ways in the future. In the first part of the thesis, it studies that solubility anode and dimensionally stable anode electroplate efficiency by different anode area and distance between anode and cathode ; and use SEM to observe the surface grain size after the electroplate behavior. In the second part of thesis, it studies, in the changing of the copper ions, it uses cyclic voltammetry (CV) to express solubility anode and dimensionally stable anode electroplate efficiency and electrochemical behavior.
