Description
Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 國際貿易學系 === 92 === From 1980, Taiwan government engaged in improving industrial construct. Now Taiwan industrial construct has changed, and high tech industry has become the main industry. Built on a previously developed construct, the current study proposes a framework to explore other antecedents of internal dimension of performance of R&D team members. Social exchange behavior is hypothesized to positively impact internal dimension of performance of R&D team members through the mediating influence of social capital. Data was collected form 138 R&D team members of 13 information technology firms in Taiwan and was analyzed using linear structure equation modeling. The results reveal that social capital mediates the association between social exchange behavior and internal dimension of performance, while a positive effect exist from social capital to innovative-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors (innovative-oriented OCBs). A significant effect of social exchange behavior on innovative-oriented organizational citizenship behaviors is also supported.
