The study of the past attests, relation between" consumer the satisfaction feels" and" the loyalty of the consumer", besides presenting non - linear correlation, and not inevitable for" is facing the correlation". therefore this study won''t limit former degree of the consumer satisfaction and loyalty again is facing related old -rut, directly inquire to construct the impact long distance passenger transport of consumer the loyalty its" the interface of the attitude" and" the interface of the behavior", and depend on construct the strength of the interface to analysis the style of the consumer loyalty of the consumer of the long distance passenger transport, again according to different dimensions of the consumer loyalty and consume the characteristic, draw up different marketing policy of the variation to combine, to promote the loyalty of the consumer..
