Description
Summary:碩士 === 大仁科技大學 === 環境管理研究所 === 92 === ABSTRACT In recent years, endocrine disrupters (EDs) including estrogenic compounds have become a new health and environmental issue. Little information is obtained on environmental distribution of nature and synthetic estrogenic compounds in Taiwan. The present study is to develop a rapid, sensitive GC/MS method capable of simultaneous determination for nine estrogenic compounds. The intraday and interday relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the calibration curve for nine estrogenic compounds were all below 5 %. The square of correlation coefficient in linear regression analysis was higher than 0.995. The accuracy and detection limit for nine estrogenic compounds ranged 89.3 ~ 108.5 % and 10~ 160 ng/L, respectively. The develped GC/MS method was further applied to determine these nine estrogenic compounds in three creeks gathered domestic and industrial sewages in Pingtung city as Wan-Nien creek, Sha-She creek and Niu-Chou creek. The results revaled that 17β-Estradiol (E2)、Estrone (E1)、Estriol (E3)、17β-Ethynyl-estradiol (EE2)、Diethylstilbestrol (DES)、Bisphenol A (BPA)、Nonylphenol (NP)、Octylphenol (OP) were detected at the concentration of N.D. ~ 183.8μg/L with exception of Mestranol(MeEE2). The highest concentration of estrogenic compounds found in these 45 samples was NP (0.7~183.8μg/L) which was much higher than that from published literatures. The concentration of total estrogenic compound in these three creeks decreased in the order Niu-Chou cree
