The enterprises made a great progress in information system, and forwarded to carry out mobility and wireless ability in order to make the business much more competitive. However, there was no concept in mobile commerce when the enterprises designed the information system. In addition, the wireless devices and various handheld devices are popular at present. Each device has its characteristics and the back-end must provide all kinds of capability in different devices. Therefore, the enterprises encounter an important challenge to design a qualified mobile commerce platform in promoting mobile commerce matter. In the study, we propose a mobile commerce platform according to the requirement of enterprises and the characteristics of mobile devices. To increase the flexibility and extensibility of the system, the platform is implemented based on the web services technology. That is, the mobile commerce platform not only provides to use the different kinds of front-end browsing devices, it also can be run on heterogeneous platform. The system provides the following Web Services: Register, Customer Manager, Order_Trace, Product_Info, Personnel_Info_Management, Order and ToDoList. In addition, OLAP analysis is added into the system to help the managers to finding the potential customers from the habit of customers. Finally, the Two-way SMS module is also added into the system. Users can query and update the information immediately in the system by the SMS module.
