碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 92 === Abstract The manner of arranging patients of rehabilitation medicine in Chi-Mei Medical Center is done by hand. The disadvantages of it are the complicated and inefficient operation. To improve the administration efficiency and customer services, an automatic arrangement system for rehabilitation is designed and implemented based on three-tier architecture. The system has the following advantages: The section and time needed for rehabilitation of waiting patients can be known quickly and thus it can improve the complicated man-made operation and therefore saves the time of administration works; the next patient waiting for rehabilitation can be arranged automatically to rehabilitate when a patient completes the rehabilitation; it can reconfirm the rehabilitation time for patients to decrease the rate of no-show; each patient can lookup his sequence among all waiting patients for rehabilitation and his possible time for rehabilitation. The service quality of medical treatment can be improved and thus the satisfaction degree of the customer relationship management can be promoted by using the system.
