Due to the limitation of marketing, competitions between privately owned radio stations and their rivals grew more and more intensive. To be able to cope with the vastly changing environment and trend and to be able to undertake proper adjustments were the only keys to survival. The prevailing information technology and internet network are just the right ingredience to modernize and reconstitute the original management and workflow of privately owned radio stations. Hence, being capable of utilizing the modern technology and internet network becomes one of the most popular topics nowadays. This research study depicts how InfoTech was being practiced or accomplished currently in privately owned business radio stations. Surveys were used to get a basic idea of how each radio station owner or technician understands InfoTech and how each succeeded in bring it into live. Further more, the influence to radio stations of the four main succeeding elements: InfoTech, management, resource, and clients, is studied. By closely examining the key elements and their interrelationships, it was likely to construct a tentative approach to assimilate InfoTech and broadcast radio station.
