D Shih Hsin University Tourism Department Abstract The incentive travel has already formed modern enterprises and encouraged sales to manage tools importantly gradually, especially in the life insurance industry, enterprises do the proper design encouraging sales to reach enterprise''s annual target by this system. The incentive travel systems can lengthen the stimulus of the reward , let sales try to participate in the qualification of the incentive travel. This research surveyed the sales agreements, consciousness degree and organization commitment in different demographics of two kinds of incentive travel system. ING Antai have two kinds of Incentive travel systems , Summit Meeting and AAP congress, each run once in one year. The results of the study as follow: 1. There is significant difference in demographics. Older and senior, duty grade higher, commission income many, go abroad time much , participate in incentive travel number of times getting more, the higher the consciousness degree is, unit manager and belong to southern areas, the consciousness degree to two kinds of systems is the highest. 2. There is significant difference between consciousness degree and organization commitment in two incentive travel system, the higher the consciousness degree, the higher organization commission is 3. There is significant difference between agreements and organization commitment in two incentive travel systems, the higher the agreements, the higher organization commission is 4. There is positive correlation between consciousness degree and agreements of the incentive travel system. There is positive correlation between agreements and organization commitment , positive correlation between consciousness degree and performance of the incentive travel system 5. The most important encouragement factors of two kinds of incentive travel systems for sales are:Traveling around the world, proving one’s ability, setup the goal and working direction, improving working morale effectively. 【Keywords】incentive travel, organization commitment Prof. Chr-Ji Chen, Ph.
