The process of Stage-Gate is one of the methods to solve difficult problems when multitudinous enterprises develop their new products. Facing on the one hand must reduce the time of developing products. And the other hand, under the pressure of must promote the success ratio of new products and the promotion quality request, more and more enterprises seek help from NPD of Stage-Gate. Based on QMS to execute surveillance management and control the effect when the enterprises develop new products. This information will be guidance when enterprises induct this process and use e-information management system as a reference when enterprises judge the performance of new products. Showing the information from the conclusion of this research, the one of successful main factors in developing new products is to have the process of Stage-Gate and QMS. And completes the duty works of the preliminary / detailed investigation stage well for the key. That is to say enterprises pay much attention the attitude of “Do It Right First Time (DIRFT)”. We can be clear about the important policy-making point of whole special project in the new product development. We have to understand to carry out the work task via the analysis of management tool. Carries on the resource distribution and the strict verification to the related key activity. Hope that can provide the enterprise in the management, and formulates a set to have the systematic and high-quality NPD. And stipulate the practice notice according to the process criterion, to prevent the same question from occurring. The enterprise should pay attention to implement the Stage-Gate flow law, and carries out the inducting of eight quality management systems. Its systematic process must be correct. The various stage must have the Gate (control policy-making), to strengthen the role function of operating command. Decided improvement direction must be able to hit the question core. Use the limited resources to make the assigning properly, it may promote the NPD benefit, improve the quality and productivity, reduce the production cost, shorten time, and promote the NPD performance of making profit ability.
