Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 92 === The purpose of the research is to create the performance evaluation model for new product development project. The model integrates the evaluation factors and index from scientific documents first. Then, by expert interview, it sieves the relevant factors out which are suitable for industrial computer field. Then the expert fuzzy weight of evaluation factors are built. This research is expected to establish a Fuzzy multi-criteria decision making model that adapted to arithmetic mean method to get the fuzzy rating of sub-criteria, furthermore, using fuzzy group decision making method to get the fuzzy rating of criteria. For aggregating the operation of fuzzy numbers, the rank is built. For practical application, this research investigates new product development project performance evaluation for three project. Finally, the research proposes the Fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method, which can be applied by decision makers in new product development project performance evaluation. By this evaluation model, the managers can review the status instantly and evaluate the performance of their projects at all aspects. That prevents the project failure from reviewing in only one factor.
