Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 企業管理學系 === 92 === In this globalization era and fast vicissitude of industrial structure, enterprise is facing the great pressure of competition and complex environment day by day; HRM systems also have experienced radical changes. To avoid the increasing cost of employment getting heavy, the enterprise tends to adopt a flexible HRM system to reduce the cost. This tendency gives rise to contingent work force, especially the employee dispatching. For the basic reason mentioned, dispatching industry has become one of the most popular industries.
Case study is adopted in this research, and this is an exploratory study. We try to sketch the outline of the local dispatching industry and HRM practice through this method and compare the dispatched work agency and user enterprise in Taiwan.
From this research, we can conclude that:
1.The concept of the employee dispatching in Taiwan is gradually prevailing, and the main consideration of enterprise using employee dispatching is cost down and labor flexibility; however the lack of dispatching law is the most difficult problem faced by user enterprise and dispatched work agency.
2.The experience and type of using employee dispatching by user enterprise and dispatched work agency is the main consideration factor for whether cooperating with each other.
3.In the discussion of the HRM practice, we find that the lack of systematic planning and designing between user enterprise and dispatched work agency still exists, and the rights and obligations are not clear defined.
4.All the user enterprise and dispatched work agency consider that the dispatching industry will keep growing. The growth of dispatching industry would both appear in the quantity and quality: the professional and technical employee dispatching is major tendency in the future.
