Description
Summary:碩士 === 東吳大學 === 心理學系碩士班 === 92 === Starting with the records of psychotherapy process “inside the psychotherapeutic room” to the exploration of my intimate relationship, family of origin, and sicio-economical structures “outside the psychotherapeutic room” in my study, I tried to investigate “I’’-and-“me” as the focus of my research. The goal is to fulfill my ideals and foster self-identity, and through this framework, the professional growth and self-improvement of a clinical psychologist are presented. In the process of integrating all the narrative material in this study, research and fulfillment difficulties led to three revisions. The content of my narrative includes: self-disclosure by deconstructing various thoughts and experiences in my life, mutual interaction in the therapeutic process, dialogue between academic and practice, and brand-new experiences in life and action, etc. This re-narrating research method resulted in an augmentation of my maturity and professional growth. In concluding this study and for the purpose of revealing my narrative experience from this integrative and structured approach, I was able to reflect on the course of my narrative story from different axes: time, cutting point, change process, psychotherapeutic relationship, and role change. As a result, increased understanding about the meaning of actions has led to a greater capacity for self-interpretation and achievement of life goals.
