Many high-tech firms have relatively high market value stock with few physical assets. The gap between two of them can be contributed into the extension of intangible asset. The enterprise competition situation by the productive forces competition, transforms for the utilization knowledge ability competition. intellectual capital is the most important productive factor in organization. The importance of intellectual capital is becoming more widely recognized, and demand for the communication and portable electronics products is increasing, people take a lot of focus on the demand for lithium battery. The major purposes of the research study were aimed at lithium battery industry, to construct the constituent parts of IC, explore the flow among IC factors, and the implementation condition about the management of IC. The study combined the literature analysis and questionnaire survey, the survey samples included enterprises who acquired lithium battery industry. 133 questionnaires were sent out, 120 completed ones were obtained and studied. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, factor analysis, validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis. According to the findings, conclusions of the study were listed as follows: The intellectual capital of lithium battery industry can be categorized into human capital and structure capital. The Human capital and the structure capital were related and affected by each other, and the human capital had the mostly influence on the value-creation capacity of intellectual capital. Lithium battery industry all approved the importance of the measurement and management of intellectual capital, and begun to implement.
