An enterprise’s workflow management faces unforeseen challenges when the enterprise keeps upgrading and integrating the business process by information technology. Facing the variable business environment, it always leads to diversified organization. For example, diversified organization will extend the process flow to Internet. Therefore, a limited bandwidth of Internet will be an obstacle for the efficiency. Meanwhile, it faces the direct threat from the Internet security. As a Mobile Agent, we propose the fundamental workflow system to avoid all these by improving the Internet efficiency, security. Most important of all, we improve the process automation and flexibility. Mobile Agent receives tremendous positive effect from e-business or network management. Regarding process management, there are practical application like DartFlow, TSE and APMS. However, we need powerful management system to assist enterprises proceeding the work integration as the business flow is getting much more complicated than it was. Therefore, based on the foundation of Mobile Agent’s workflow management system, cooperated with AHP leveling analysis to enhance the system automation and guaranteed by RSA asymmetric encoded transmission security, a safe, efficient and flexible workflow management system is easily built for the enterprise. The thesis is divided into two phases discussing the whole system construction, the theory setup and the practical system simulation. In theory setup, we design the blueprint based on Workflow Reference Model and operate the system by using Mobile Agent Master-Slave construction. Description of the parameter and related service system for the workflow is followed in detail. Regarding the practical system simulation, we will demonstrate how to help enterprise lower the operating cost, create work performance and reap the profit by implementing the construction in theory and efficiently transmitting and managing the information of workflow.
