碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 92 === There are three main things which have strong impact on local western medicine manufactures（1）medicine price paid system.（2）cGMP system.（3）WTO. This research use longitude review research method and divide the whole period into two sections, choose twelve observing items. We have in-depth interviews with five representative local medicine manufactures and approach these study items through both theoretical and practical practice to deduce and give suggestion to our followers. Our research date shows the following findings. We can categorize the medicine into four types according to two dimensions-aggressive treatment effect and innovation, and each type of medicine faces different market policies. （1） In cope with the prescribed medicine price adjustment, the local medicine manufactures fight to develop the peripheral industry medicine price. （2） Camp manufacturers have change their production type from small quantity large diversity into large quantity but lower items. to increase their profession. （3） After Taiwan join WTO, professional foundry becomes trends of the future production style.
