However the congestion is the main reason to effect voice quality. To improve Internet congestion, it will need to increase network bandwidth, in general business if we increase network bandwidth, it will increase costs too. So we consider cost, how to improve VoIP quality in the limited network bandwidth is an important topic for future discussion. For improve QoS(Quality of Service) in VoIP, to reduce Jitter, Delay and Loss, it’s to further VoIP future develop. In this thesis: (1) In the limit network bandwidth, we compress voice packet data, these data can suit transmission on the network, and restore data has a good quality. (2) We make a algorithm for detection network traffic in real-time, and determine size for transmission voice data, it’s can reduce voice Jitter and Delay.(3) We make a way to match voice data, it’s can improve voice quality, and reduce, compensation when voice packet is loss.(4)We make a transform way , when voice packet restore is has a good quality.
