The study besides revised already had traditional printing that has produced the operation model, and important “information flow” is it print operation drawn up plans to produce among the system while being whole to include in most with collaboration mechanism. This research spreads the theory in collaboration with principle and diffusion of innovation on the basis of e-Business, adopt the questionnaire investigation of the conduct and interview law of the case to carry on research in printing industry at Taiwan, whether now result of study and find summary as follows of research this: 1.”The intensity of industry''s competition” ,“e-Business technical support”,“the manpower demand of the information speciality” determine to consider the factor in three major importance channelled in order to print industry wholly into e-bussiness. 2.Pass factor analysis, this research extracts out ten key decision factors of electronic printing industry, including:”the high-order commitment / information construction”,“the power role / organizational change”, “the information security / electronic risk”,“electronic the domestic demands / network quality”,“consider cost / lead benefit”,“collaboration relation / information share”, “same trade instigate / environmental demand”, “information cognitive / substitute technology”,“market competition / procedure regeneration”,“government promote / innovative demand”. 3.“Improve enterprise''s operational efficiency”, “information security worry with collaboration mechanism”, “reduce operation business link up cost” for print industry wholly to in collaboration with innovative to cognitive characteristic have consider the factor in three major importance. 4.Pass factor analysis, this research extracts out six printing industry in collaboration with the key factor with cognitive innovative characteristic , including: ”observability / input time”,“the relative advantage / privacy”, “systematic complexity”,“compatibility”, “organization complexity”,“organization formally degree / bear cost”. 5.“Organize factor(organize scale , high-order support)”, “environmental factor (adopt pressure of same trade)”, and “the innovative consciousness characteristic factor (foreign information sharing degree )” will influence the printing industry to the adoption degree in collaboration. 6.“Staff professional knowledge and ability in information” , “foreign degree of linking up of information” can influence administrator of printing industry who know degree with collaboration. 7.“High-order support degree, “ enterprise organize scale” can influence administrator of printing industry who adoption will with collaboration. 8.“Combine degree of the information system”, “the administrator''s cognition degree of innovative technology” can influence administrator of printing industry who observability approval degree with collaboration. 9.“Trade type for printing industry”, “company''s turnover and capital volume” , “company''s staff number” , “whether set up the information department”, “the high-order administrator''s speciality background” has difference of showing in collaboration with the adoption degree of printing industry . 10.“Speed of production operation”, “the supplier cooperates degree”,“construction and maintaining cost” are determined in order to printing industry wholly the three what has been participated in operation model of the collaboration considers the factor importantly.
