The research method is cross-sectional and individual-level secondary data analysis. Data for the analysis came from the 1996「The Taiwan Social Chang Survey: Year Two Cycle Three」with nationally representative sample of 2,831 adults. This research using measure of central location, measure of variation, Bivariate correlations, Chi-square test, One-way ANOVA, Independent-Samples t test, Logistic Regression and Linear Regression to inspect whether work hazard and work fatigue cognition were associated with job satisfaction. Overall, in work factors different labour, work hazard cognition to have reveals the difference, and work fatigue cognition not to have reveals the difference. The work factors including the trade, the occupation, the public and private department, the firm size, the management responsibility, the union establishes and the salary. The population factors center different labour, work hazard cognition to have reveals the difference, and work fatigue cognition not to reveal the difference to its work. The population factors including gender, age, education, native place and inhabited area. Labour's work hazard and work fatigue cognition lower, job satisfaction then is higher. Therefore work hazard and work fatigue cognition were very significant in determining labour's job satisfaction in Taiwan. And labour's work hazard and work fatigue cognition lower, job satisfaction then is higher. In the OH&S management, these findings might provide foundation of the future following research.
