碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 勞動學研究所 === 92 === This paper was emphasized that the layer of strategy with the beginning of study of knowledge. Knowledge management strategy made the manage of knowledge oriented and efficient. There are four knowledge management strategy aspects was found from literature review: concentration organic, concentration inorganic, distract organic and distract inorganic. At the same time, the organization structure of knowledge management department making all distribution about resources. Therefore the organization structure of knowledge management department involved the results of knowledge management strategy and knowledge management. From the comparison of the relationship of each element, there are two conclusions were found between the relations about the knowledge management strategy and the organization structure of knowledge management department: 1. Decentralization management strategy is partial to the organic knowledge management strategy side and the organization structure of knowledge management department was preferred to Matrix Structure、Project Structure or Task-Force Structure、Dynamic Network Structure. The characteristics of above were based on informality, informal communication system, and decision making was decentralized﹒ 2. Concentration management is partial to the inorganic knowledge management strategy side and the organization structure of knowledge management department was preferred to the Mechanism Structure. The characteristics of above were based on task clearly divided, completed framework. Besides, the loyalty and compliance of the organization were emphasized.
