In fact, everything in the world changes so fast, it is “Learning” the ultimate core ability for a company to look for. For companies, IT (Information Technology) is the most generally used method to sharing knowledge. However, IT seems kind of lack the human-oriented consideration. When companies make use of IT database to sharing knowledge, the knowledge can’t be transmitted to the end-user well and the process sometimes doesn’t work out efficiently and effectively. Therefore, we should find a better way to sharing knowledge. Among all the methods, “e-learning” could be the ideal way for it. This analysis is based on the background of adopting “e-learning” to sharing knowledge and make a study of the three objectives: 1. To observe the application of “e-learning” and knowledge sharing in companies. 2. To investigate the relationship between “e-learning” key success factors and knowledge sharing. 3. To research what effects at “e-learning” and knowledge sharing that caused by the relationship between “e-learning” key success factors and knowledge sharing. This study provided four achievements when using “e-learning” to sharing knowledge. 1.The way of making use of “e-learning” to sharing knowledge was using interior instructors to teach in “e-learning”. 2.‘Manager support’, ‘organizational culture’ and ‘complete planning of teaching materials’ were most important factors when using “e-learning” to sharing knowledge. 3.‘Past experiences of Internet-using’, ‘complete IT equipments and sufficient network bandwidth’, ‘ the “e-learning” platform is suitable and system function using and managing are easy to handle’, ‘course categories and characters’ are basic factors when using “e-learning” to sharing knowledge. 4.The relationship between “e-learning” key success factors and knowledge sharing was helpful for using “e-learning” to share knowledge. 林燦螢 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 176 zh-TW
