The most core resource in the time of knowledge economic was the knowledge. All change for the aspects were induced by introducing knowledge management. For the research, the changes and the contribution of the administer organization were brought by implementation all kinds of knowledge management activities. From the comparison of the relationship of each element, there are five conclusions were found between the relations about the knowledge management and the organizational change: 1.The changes of companies were need urgently in Taiwan. 2.Documentation、incentive activities、training and performance evaluation were the main activities of the knowledge acquirement. The ISO and systems were the main activities of the knowledge accumulation. Popularized the e-mail、intranet、learning community and database were the main activities of the knowledge implementation. Research and development products and services were the main activities of the knowledge innovation. 3.The behavior change was influenced easily by the knowledge acquirement. 4.The technology and behavior change were influenced easily by the knowledge implementation. 5.The structure change was influenced easily by the knowledge innovation. 林燦螢 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 150 zh-TW
