In fact, only few articles or research reports which were banking related had similar study in the past decades.
For Local Private Banking, what are the competence and strategies behind for them to secure their overall business and win the competitions in the coming future?This is going to be a very urgent and critical issue and will be our main focus for this study.
The research is to study the Local Private Banking business strategies in order to provide the conclusion and recommendation. The overall interviews and discussions are to measure current market situations and comparisons based on foreign research articles and the marketing strategies of the Local Private Banking.
The conclusions are based on the eight interviews who are involving the execution and decision making. The first, the competition strategies of the Local Private Banking business shall cover four major points─Organization , Personnel , Customer and Operation. In between, the “ Customer” side will be on top of the overall strategies.
Secondly, The most important strategy in current Local Private Banking is “ to generate the enterprise culture of having respect of business profession and customer” and other important strategies are such as, to create new financial products, to have clear position and strategy, To create the core competency and value ,to share the resource and create the efficiency, and to train more professional Financial Consultants, to create and develop the advantage of the differentiations ,and so forth of the overall twenty- six strategies.
The third, in order to secure and win the long term competition of advantage, the Local Private Banking shall own the capability of the product creation;and more essential capabilities are including the Best Teams, The Integration Capability and the Best Total solution for customer satisfaction,..of total ten items.
