Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 材料科學與製造研究所 === 92 === The goal of this research was developed to manufacture Organic/Inorganic (Epoxy/Alumina) nano-composites. Epoxy/Alumina has been synthesized by bulk polymerization. Different contain measure alumina to synthesize. The alumina powder is divided for nano and micro. The excellent conditions synthesis (viscosity, die temperature, reaction time) have been found. The properties of experiment results have been found by mechanical tests(flexural properties, tensile properties, impact strength, hardness), thermal tests(DSC, TGA, TMA) and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) test, and analyze epoxy/ alumina materials to combined circumstances by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
From the experiment results, the epoxy will be cured with optimum curing agent. The composites have excellent properties when the reaction temperature is set at 112℃. The epoxy can be improved mechanical and thermal properties with nano alumina. From the XRD、FE-SEM 、TEM and TGA analysis one can observe that the epoxy/alumina reaches nano-composites.
