The global phenomena of unstable temperature, such as El Nino and changes of climate, influenced or changed living style of lives. Therefore, the purpose of the research was to exame the effects of warm temperature and greenhouse gases on the physiology of broiler chickens. The type of stress was divided into acute and chronic, and the sources of stresses are combinations of heat and/or methane and heat and/or nitrous oxide. We measured the respiratory rates and cloacal temperatures both before and after exposure of stress. Besides, blood gases, blood Ph value, haematocrit, total thyroid hormone concentration, blood glucose and malondialdehyde were also measured to investigate the influence of broilers by stressors. Furthermore, expression of heat shock protein was another indicator of stress assessment. Heat Shock Protein 70 expressed in large quantity to protect protein structure from being denatured. Our results indicated that both acute and chronic heat stresses exhibited influences on broilers. Methane exposure also affected the physiological responses of broilers. On the other hand, exposure of broilers to N2O could alleviate the stress responses of broiler chickens and was beneficial to growth.
