Based on the theoretic thinking of One Country Two Systems, this study conducted research on actual situation from the scientific dialectic and abstract principle discoursed by the theory of One Country Two Systems, in order to examine the actual effects of One Country Two Systems in Hong Kong and Macau, and the influence on Taiwan. This study is supplemented with theories to integrate the features of policies adopted in cross-strait relation. At the same, this study discussed the national positioning of Taiwan under the strategic model of One Country Two Systems suggested by China, and construction of the survival environment. Last, this study revealed the opinion of Japanese on One Country Two Systems and cross-strait relation. The change in the political domain of Taiwan and China is likely to exert impact on the strategic domain of Japan. What restrains were faced by Japan from international and domestic pressure in maintaining relation with Taiwan and China in the post-Cold War Period? What opinions were held by the Japanese government and young political elites on Taiwan issue? What was the Japanese policy toward cross-strait policy? The abovementioned triangular relation between Japan, China, and Taiwan has its political logics and connection. This study began with discussion of unification policy held by China on Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau based on the theoretic thinking and practice of One Country Two Systems, the supplemented with Japanese viewpoint to probe into the similarities and dissimilarities. 朱言明 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 335 zh-TW
