The trend of the current technology tend to develop the LCD with lighter weight, higher resolutions, lower power consumption, larger pictures and lower costs. The requirement of an ideal color filter is to have higher pervious to light rate, and lower yellow. The first section of the essay discusses how the principle of chromatics, the principle of optics, the composition of color filter, Irgacure as well as the composition of monomer affect the photopolymerizational behavior of acrylic resin. The second section puts the emphasis on the composition of photopolymerization using RGB and the best process condition to the application of RGB. In the experiment, two kinds of epoxy resin(M400 and M6210) are added to Irgacure(Irgacure369) and solvent(TPGDA), mix them at different proportion. Then, test the basic physical attribute of the photoinitiator by TGA and DSC, analyze the reactions during the process of the photoinitiator by RPT to find out the relationship between the composition and the condition of photopolymerization resin. Finally, the essay will investigate on how to measure some optics performances, such as the rate of transparancy and chromaticity, through Mico-Spectrometer, and probe into how the composition of resin have effects on hardening.
