H12MDI for hard segment, EDA for chain extender were synthesized sulfonated aqueous polyurethane PU(SGPU)。On the other hand, we synthesized the carboxyl aqueous polyurethane PU (DCPU) by H12MDI for hard segment, DMPA for dispersing center, PCL for soft segment and EDA for chain extender. We Blended trace of SGPU to DCPU and discussed the properties of solution, thermal property of film and the property of finished fabric treated by the mixture of SGPU and DCPU. To sum up the result, in the aspect of solution properties, SGPU decreased the particle size and polydispersity of DCPU. The surface tension of DCPU solution was reduced in minute concentration of mixing ratio. In the properties of film, the contact angle of film followed the mixing ratio increasing to be lower and the SG400PU was most , next was SG1000PU and SG2000PU was smallest. The Tg of DCPU enlarged as blending ratio of SGPU raised and in the order of dimension SG2000PU, G1000PU and SG400PU. The Tm and △H of hard segment in DCPU diminished as SGPU content lower. At the properties of finishing fabric, the tensile strength, elongation and WVP decreased in low mixing ratio but increased in high ratio but the water resistance was not.
