Description
Summary:博士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 92 === Abstract The specific incapable inward users of the medical institutes and seniors in the rest homes have difficulties in horizontal evacuation, not to mention the vertical evacuation. The field survey focuses on the evacuees’ capability of mobility versus behavior characteristic, evacuation facilities, and space density to provide the strategy and security plan. With specialized fire zoning redoubt to protect the center serious disease area, operation rooms, recovery rooms or other relative safer required region. The so—called “besieged zone” is built with single and double reinforced concrete slabs with 30㎝, 45㎝, and 60㎝ air thickness in both practice ignite test and computer simulation to measure the insulation and air quality variation for inference and recommendation. Five chapters for this study: chapter1 the introduction, chapter 2 field study of local medical institutes and senior rest homes, chapter 3 the fire security plan and strategy study, chapter 4 the horizontal fire prevention and evacuation mechanism analysis and the chapter 5 inference, recommendation and follow up study. We look forward to see further benefit to those evacuation minorities like medical institutes and senior rest homes in fire security maintenance from designers, owners, and related authorized organizations.
