| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 92 === A standard operation procedure (SOP) is crucial for the construction and turn-over phase due to the versatile resources input and tedious operations involved. Literature review, case studies, and in-depth interviews with the experts are applied in this research to clarify responsibilities among project team members, as well as, to identify service contents of the professional construction management (PCM) body. A classification table stating responsibilities for each member, service contents for PCM, and a SOP for use in construction phase are proposed according to the quality documentation framework suggested by ISO 9000 series.
