In this research, we intended to provide visionalized display of infrastructure plans performance with Earned Value Management System and Statistical Process Control. The visionalized display indicates the trends that reflect the plan performance and can be as an aid in explaining the performance of infrastructure plans. In addition, Grey Model were incorporated into plan information system to provide a dynamic performance forecasting system that can assist in the decision making process because of better knowledge of critical information. This research also explores the relationships between the infrastructure project performance and the causes that influence plan performances happened during construction with Sequential Pattern. The information provides important direction to timely control of infrastructure plans.
