For addressing characteristics of the minimization and the diversification of products, the system focuses on indefinite subjects, which are printed circuit board, LCD, cutters, gear wheels, membrane buttons, etc. After utilizing the vision of machine to fetch image, the subjects cooperate with Linear Scale and measuring image by image processing technology. Besides, to make drawing matching, the system provides various graphs, curves, and curves projection. Not only the results of inspection present immediately but data analysis and data output process right away.
