Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 92 === This paper discusses the vibration analysis of grouped blades, in which the blade is considered as a rotating Euler beam. The equation of motion of a rotating blade is derived and the receptance theory is applied to connect the rotating blades. The connection between two blades is modeled by a massless spring. Then, the natural frequency and mode shape of the grouped blades are obtained. Numerical examples including from three up to five blades as a group are illustrated. The change of system’s natural frequency with varying rotating speed, stiffness and connection position are particularly discussed. The results show that the increase of spring stiffness causes the strengthened of grouped system hence the natural frequencies of the grouped system rise. The number of grouped blades, rotating speed and connection position of spring significantly influence the vibration characteristics. All the numerical results in this paper are well interpreted from intuitive physical viewpoints.
