Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 92 === Although the liberization of electrical industry is currently pending in Taiwan, the promotion of efficiency for business operation is still undertaken. As a consequence, the privatization of Taipower Company must be surely in progress. It is essential for distribution branches to purchase cheaper electricity in order to provide better service quality. Transmission loss is part of the cost of electricity. This thesis presents one approach to determine the optimal choice of bilateral contract transaction from power producers under the condition of minimizing total transmission loss. This approach is based on the loadflow which combines the successive approximations method with the three-point equal-interval search method. Based on the proposed approach, simulation of the IEEE 14Bus system and simplified 345kV system of TPC results in reasonable conclusions. The results can help distribution branches or retail sectors to make optimal choice for bilateral contract transaction for the privatization electric power market.
