Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 化學工程系 === 92 === First, a series of new polyimide , containing pendent hydroxyl groups , were prepared via the solution condensation of aromatic dianhydride with the 1,4-bis(2-hydroxy-4-aminophenoxy)benzene and 1,3-bis(2-hydroxy- 4-aminophenoxy)bezene. The viscosities , solubility and the thermal properties of the polyimide were investigated. The poly(amic acid)s derived from 1,4-bis(2-hydroxy-4-aminophenox y)benzene had inherent viscosities of 0.63~1.13 dL/g. The DMA analysis reveals that glass transition temperature ranged from 274∼296℃. In addition, the temperature of 10﹪weight loss of the polyimides in nitrogen and air ranged on 406∼446℃ and 423∼455℃,respectively. The poly(amic acid)s derived from 1,3-bis(2-hydroxy-4-aminophenox y)benzene had inherent viscosities of 0.96~1.45 dL/g. The polyimides had glass transition temperature in the range of 254∼280℃(by DSC) and Tg in range of 259∼310℃(by DMA). TGA showed 10﹪weight loss of the polyimides in nitrogen and in air ranged on 438∼456℃ and 449∼489℃ Second, a series of new polyimide containing alkyloxy side chains were prepared by two-step polycondensation of various aromatic dianhydride with 1,4-bis(2-hexyloxy-4-aminophenoxy)benzene and 1,4-bis(2-hexyloxy-4-aminophenoxy)-2-tert-tutylbenzene. The inherent viscosities, solubility and thermal properties of the polyimides were investigated. The polyimides were synthesized successfully from 1,4-Bis(2-hexyloxy- 4-aminophenoxy)-2-tert-tutylbenzene. The inherent viscosities of the resulting polymers were 0.6 2 ~ 1.62 dL/g. The obtained polyimides were readily soluble in NMP, DMAC,THF and cyclohexanone and gave flexible and tough film via solvent casting. These polyimides showed glass transition temperature in range of 143~174℃(by DSC) and164~201℃(by DMA). Decomposition temperature for 10﹪weight loss all occurred above 397℃(by TGA) both nitrogen and air atmospheres.
