It applies the opto-mechatronics technique to integrate CCD module, electric module and mechanism module into one unit. The proposed system can decrease the human error significantly, provide the functions which aren’t reached from hardware and improve the accuracy. Experimental results illustrate that our proposed system outperforms the contact based approach.
