The results indicate that the Ni coating layer exhibits interruption or nonuniformity at the primary Zn phase that exposed to the substrate surface. This discontinuity phenomenon decreases gradually as the thickness of plating increases. As a result, the tensile properties of the Ni-electrodeposited Sn-9Zn alloys are also affected. Regarding the bending tests, the results show that the bend angles of the specimens increase with increasing load and loading cycle, with the former being more dominant. The effect of testing temperature was also investigated with the results indicating that temperature exerts a vary significant effect on the Nielectrodeposited Sn-9Zn alloys. 潘永寧 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW
