The main function of designed RF circuit is to receive and downconvert the RF signal to IF signal, and transmit and amplify the RF signal a half duplex operation.
Chapter 1 briefly introduces the WLAN structure and the contents of 802.11b. Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 describe the RF and DC circuits respectively including component characteristics and circuit design concept. Chapter 4 gives the circuit layout to realize the designed circuit in a four layer PCB. Chapter 5 then describes the test results and the circuit matching on the implemented circuits. Chapter 6 is the conclusion. Finally, attached appendices list the test instruments, test methods and the devices used.
