Therefore, consumer want cheaper price to get better service. How can pharmacy/ personal care chain stores face this challenge? Supply chain management(SCM) provide a good solution to this challenge by achieving lower cost and better efficiency. The answer to how business makes good does not only lie in one system, but also lies in where are the SCM strategy of business and the procedure to satisfy SCM? Therefore, this research starts by investigating documents. First, it introduces what is SCM, the thinking behind SCM strategy, and the benefit brought by the SCM. Finally, system structure and functions of SCM and implementation steps, the obstacles encountered and key successful factors for the implementation. Also, what brought in the explanation of information technology are often first the priority of business strategy, then the cooperated transformation of organization flow, and finally the discussion of system establishment. This research study’s contribution is to establish a complete steps of implementation a SCM system, e.g. SCM structure and functions, implement steps, obstacles and KSF and the implement strategy in order to benefit other pharmacy/personal care chain stores to implement SCM system. 陳文賢 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 91 zh-TW |
