Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 化學研究所 === 92 === Glycosidases play an important role in living organism. They can catalyze the formming or breaking glycosidic bond, and this kind of bonding is usually in the form of starch or component of cell wall of plants. According to the recent researches, there are some sorts of diseases caused from abnormal expression of glycosidases, such as Fabry’s disease and HIV disease. Therefore, activity probes for labeling glycosidases will be a powerful tool in this field. Especially studying the activity and distribution in living organism. Because of ?and β anomeric center, using BF3 EtO2 and silver salt to control the anomeric center become possible. So different probes for different glucosidases have been synthesized. There four components of this activity probe (1) recognition site (2) trapping site (3) linker (4) reporter, each part has its own function. Here, for labeling glycosidases, glycosides have been chosen as recognition site.
