Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 工業工程學研究所 === 92 === In this newly developed knowledge-based economic era, knowledge has already been the major resource of enterprise’s advantaged competitiveness. At the internal part of the company, both of the personal knowledge and the experience of organization have their certain value. Although the tacit knowledge is hard to control. If the internal knowledge can be transformed into the tangible document through proper ways, the increase of assets and enterprise’s competitiveness will be very significant. The construction and management of knowledge documents is the basis of sharing and using knowledge. Recently, as the result of developing in information technology, it is easier to save and manage the knowledge document. Therefore, many companies raised their organizational effectiveness by using the knowledge document efficiently.
In consideration of the importance of document management, this research analyzes the meaning of knowledge management, the classification of knowledge document, knowledge document sharing and the strategy of some companies in means of literature review. It can be concluded by the following three points:
1. Try to interpret the connotation and the structure of knowledge management. All of the following research will make use of these concepts.
2. Bring up a management structure of Taiwan Knowledge Window (TKW). Build up a knowledge sharing platform to help enterprises implement knowledge management.
3. Based on the Taiwan Knowledge Window, this research constructs a reference model of enterprise Knowledge Document Management (KDM).
