碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育研究所 === 92 === Research on the Back-Ground between 1927-1937 and the Failure of KMT on the War With the China Communist Party 《Abstract》 This research is used historical investigation, including publications, letters, files, professional books, periodical, journals, academic publications related to politics、economy、diplomacy、and military affairs as narrative supplements and thesis evidence of the essay . The central point is the conflicts between the KMT and the communist party from 1927 to 1937. I hope to explain how the conflicts began, precede and finished. I also analize and criticize the political imperfections during the time that the KMT suppressed the China Communist Party by researching the factors about the background, politics, economy and military affairs of breeding the community party to grow in strength. And then I classify and conclude the research to contrast and compare current cross-strait situation. This research could serve not only as the reference for the government to draw up the cross-strait policies but also as the supplements for the social study in the elementary schools. The essay is devided into seven chapters. Each introduces the international situation during the ten years of golden age to show the attitudes and conducts of Europe、America and Japan to China. It narrates the politics conflicts of Chinese interior and economic problems, the external military affair conflicts and the internal wars to suppress the Community Party. Besides, I analyze the factors behind the failure to suppress the Community Party during the ten years of golden age and the further Chinese political influences after the conflicts between the KMT and the China Community Party by two chapters. The conclusion criticizes not only the ten years of golden age but also current political notices situations in Taiwan by consulting the historical background and contrasting those important events. Many of the country tragedies in history are related to the results and influences of wars. The main purposes of the research are investigating the junctures for the peace in the cross-strait relationship and providing some different views for further directions of Taiwan.
