(2) Build the regulation for strike and other alternative impasse resolution procedures. 3 The stage of implementation: introduce the grievance arbitration to collective bargaining system. In summary, the study offers some key suggestions to the relevant parties: A. For government 1 Advocate the positive view for managing public conflicts. 2 Public administrators should be training for the ability of using alternative dispute resolution(ADR). 3 Enact Teachers’ Association Law. B. For Teachers’ Associations The development of organization should be considerable on both unionism and professionism. Dr.WONG , SENG-LEE 翁興利 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 401 zh-TW |
