In this study, competitive advantage on this industry and obtain five critical factors, such as potential competitive enforces, market demand, suppliers’ stabilization, competition and coordination industry and government policy. In the study of consumer loyalty, five significantly critical factors are extracted, such as after sale service, operational functions, configure and color, maintains and cost, and brand and image of enterprise. Finally, by using cross analysis of expected satisfaction and perceptive satisfaction on electronic scooter riders.
