Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系 === 92 === This study refers literatures which related to competitive advantage of electronic scooter industry in Taiwan area and key factors of consumer’s loyalty to construct the research framework. In this study, competitive advantage on this industry and obtain five critical factors, such as potential competitive enforces, market demand, suppliers’ stabilization, competition and coordination industry and government policy. In the study of consumer loyalty, five significantly critical factors are extracted, such as after sale service, operational functions, configure and color, maintains and cost, and brand and image of enterprise. Finally, by using cross analysis of expected satisfaction and perceptive satisfaction on electronic scooter riders. The results present significant gap and it can provide more useful information to develop their proper strategies.
